Character introduction

**mi. She's never touched a CGI game before, let alone @Party II.
She started playing because a friend invited her.

××ko. She loves @Thwack more than eating three meals a day, but she can't learn it because her character is female. Very sad.
She invited **mi to @Party II.

Man in black. It seems he's very familiar with @Party II.
His true identity is… whoops, I guess we'll find out in the game, won't we?

Part 1: Let's register

So, this is the site that **ko was talking about? "At Party 2"… right?
…it's my first time doing something like this, so I'm a little scared.

Another one… so another hero has appeared.

Huweh!? Who are you!? Scary!

My name is… ah, that's not important right now.
To join @Party, you need to go through a certain ritual…

R-ritual!?

For this ritual, your soul is… sorry, you must create an alter ego.
In your world, this is called "registration"…

Weren't you about to say something disturbing?

Oh, I forgot to mention. To those who have played other online games or CGI games, you probably already know what I'm talking about here.
So if this part is too elementary for you, simply jump to part two

Who are you talking to? Anyway, where am I even supposed to do this "reggie-stray-shun" thing?

It will be apparent once you see it. Select "@Register" from the links in the left-hand column.

Let's see, so re-gis-ter… oh? What's this?

This is where you set your "alter ego name", "sex", "job", and "password" (a unique mantra that only you know and can remember).
In this world, people who create alter egos are distinguished by their "alter ego name" and "password".
Pay attention to character input limits…

Hmm~m… well, let's quickly fill out the form then.
**mi, female, Gadabout sounds pretty fun doesn't it? And then **** as my password…

Oi, wait.

What the-!? Don't scare me like that!

Once you decide your job, you won't be able to change it for a while. Each job has a different growth rate and different skills to learn.
If your initial stats are low and your growth rate is poor, you may never get stronger…
Have you taken a look at the growth rate of Gadabout? And those skills…

Where…?
Eh, ugh, wow… seems pretty bad compared to other jobs… and those skills are questionable.

Your choice of first job is quite important… my personal recommendations are "Priest", "Mage", "Merchant", "Shepherd", and "MonsterMaster".

I-Is that so… well, should I try choosing mage for now then?

One more thing. It is best to avoid using your real name as your your alter ego's name.
You never know what kind of people are out there in the world…
If you let your guard down, your soul will…

R-right…

The internet is a scary place.

You're the most scary thing here.

Part 2: Quest time!

Now then, this is the world of "@PartyII"…

Wow… @Fortune?

That's @PartyII's kanban girl—the pretty girl whose job is to attract players. It seems she can do fortune-telling…
Well, that doesn't matter right now.

Now, what you can see on the screen right now are the "character images", "chat log", "your stats", "chat form", and "commands".

The "chat form" is what I use to write to the chat log, right?

That is correct, but in @PartyII the chat is also used to perform actions.
Try writing @Examine from the commands section below.

Woah! My information appeared!

If writing out commands is too troublesome, you can simply click on commands too… next, try entering @Move.

Whoa, hmm? A lot of options came out?

It's a list of places you can go. When you want to choose a destination, you write '>Destination'… Try typing ">Quest" next to "@Move".

Oooh, so this is where I can go on an adventure!

This is the basics of the @Party… Type a command with '@' to execute it, and '>' to specify details. Well, most people just click on the commands and the images.

Then, let's go on to the an adventure now. To create a party, you need to type "@Make". You will see a lot of things showing up, but for now, just do the following: decide on a PartyName, and choose PuniPuniPlain for QuestLocation… Please do like that…

Yeah, yeah

Oh yeah, one thing I forgot to mention… If you don't write anything and press the "Speak" button, chat log will update. This will come handy, so make sure to use it. Be careful however, because they say that if you press it too early, you will fall into sleep and never wake up again.

What is that, scary… Anyway, the adventure has begun, hasn't it? There is no enemies so I guess I will press "@Proceed"?

That's right. If you kill all the enemies, you can proceed to the next round by pressing @Proceed. Round 0 has no enemies from the start.

I see an enemy! The attack is probably… "@Attack"!

That's right. Remember, if you use ">" to specify the name of the enemy, you will target him. You can also just click on enemy's image to specify them after clicking "@Attack".

I beat it! Take this!

……

Uh, sorry 'bout that…

I'll tell you right away, if you keep going, you'll eventually run out of HP. When that happens, retreat with "@RunAway". You can recover your HP by choosing "@Home" and then choosing "@Sleep" there.

Is there a boss or something?

The bosses are on the tenth stage of each quest location, but it's impossible for you with those stats and no special skills.

(´・ω・`)

Part 3: Let's party!

Yahoo! You did a good job registering.

(It's **ko! Her level is high…) Yeah. Some guy in dark clothes helped me out.

The guy in black…? Who's that?
Nevermind that, let's go on a quest together!

Together?

On @PartyII, you can go on quests with other players too!
I'll build the room now!

Woah… I'm waiting.

The basic stuff stays the same when you're in a party.
However, the damage you receive will change depending on which position you are at, and time becomes a little bit more relevant.
You should go to back with "@Rear" so you get less damage from enemies.

Okaay.

Adventure begins! When you are in a party, the important thing to remember is that "when you move, the enemy moves too"!
It doesn't matter if the weaker one (you) or the stronger one (I) move twice in a row, the enemy will act twice either way!

……Heh???

Basically, the weak player does not move unless indicated otherwise! Careless moves can only cause more damage to us.

Oh, okay… (´・ω・`)

You should stay on defense now.

Understood! @Defend @Defend @Defend!!1!1

Wait stop!! Calm down!!!

@Defe- Hueh?

I said earlier! "when you move, the enemy moves too"
You don't have to re-apply the defense because it won't come off until the battle is over unless you move.
If you make a moves we'll suffer extra damage, which will only be harmful for us.

I-is that so? Sorry…

It's all right as long as you understand.

You're awfully bossy…

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
ハイテン@バギマー!!! (Is this a spell name?? I didn't understand, maybe can be changed with something else)
Awesome! You beat the boss on the tenth stage too!
Fufufufu! Sing more praises for my sake!
No way.
(`ε´)ブー
Now we went ahead and found a treasure chest here. To open it, you need to specify it like @Examine>@TreasureChest
Alright! Inside there is…
However, the treasure chest was empty
Hey, what is thiiisss!?!?
Don't worry about it
After collecting the treasure chest, you can leave with the command "@RunAway".
